2012 Candlelight Vigil of Hope, Remembrance and Celebration

Lifeline of Ohio invites you to celebrate Donate Life Month at this special event. This gathering will be a testament to the lives that have been touched by organ and tissue donation. We hope that you will bring your friends and family to honor those who have given the “gift of life,” celebrate those who have been given a second chance through transplantation and to give “hope” to the 112,000+ waiting on the national transplant list.
Come and leave your message on our Wall of Hope, Remembrance and Celebration in our Donor Memorial Park. This wall be be filled with messages.
During the event, we will present a slide show to honor all deceased and living organ donors as well as those who have died waiting. If you have submitted a picture in the past, it will be included automatically. Photos may be sent electronically to: volunteers@lifelineofohio.org or by mail to: Lifeline of Ohio, Attn: Terri Louder, 770 Kinnear Rd. Suite 200, Columbus, OH 43212. All photos must be received by April 15. If you would like your photo returned, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope. By submitting a picture, you are giving permission to include it in this event and future vigil ceremonies.
This is an outdoor event and will take place, rain or shine!
